Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs

  • Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €99,00.
  • For orders under €99.00, the cost of shipping to Italy is €4,90.
  • Shipping for orders from European Union countries is equal to €15,00.
  • Shipping for orders from countries outside the European Union is equal to €25,00.

Delivery of products and related costs

For Italy, the products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer by 3/4 working days from shipment of the Order, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site. Delivery times may vary during sales or holiday periods.

We ship all over the world. Dream Project, however, reserves the right to accept or fewer deliveries outside Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be made outside from the Italian borders, times may vary.

For shipments to Europe, United States, Canada, China, Japan, Australia and other countries, approximately approx. are needed 6/7 working daysat the indicated cost specifically on the Site.

With regards to deliveries requested in countries not belonging to the European Union, any Import customs fees will be paid by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of your country in advance to verify the costs and conditions any import limits.

The delivery times indicated by Dream Project must be considered purely indicative. Any delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent ones split shipments do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or to request compensation or compensation.

Checks upon delivery

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, also in closing materials, such as adhesive tape or metal straps.

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected by placing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.

Useful instructions for delivery

To facilitate delivery, please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete all the elements useful for identifying the delivery address, such as name on the intercom, number of the staircase or interior.

The couriers we use are: Bartolini, DHL and Poste Italiane.

  • In Italy, BRT provides on average a delivery in 3-4 working days.
  • Abroad, DHL provides on average a delivery in 5 working days.
