Shipping is free in Italy for orders over Euro 99,00 (for orders less than the indicated amount the cost of shipping is Euro 4.90)
Shipping for orders from EU countries is Euro 15,00
Shipping for orders from countries outside the EU is Euro 25,00
Delivery of products and related costs
1. For Italy, the products purchased will be delivered, to the address indicated by the Customer, within 3/4 working days from the shipment of the Order, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site. Delivery times may vary during periods of sales or holidays.
2. We ship all over the world, but Dream Project reserves the right to accept or refuse deliveries outside Italy or Europe. In any case, for deliveries to be made outside the Italian borders, times may vary. In Europe, the United States, Canada, China, Japan, Australia and other countries it takes about 6/7 business days at the cost specifically stated on the Site.
3. With respect to deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any customs import costs shall be borne by the consignee. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to verify the costs and any import limits.
4. The delivery times indicated by Dream Project must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to the same, or the possible delivery made with subsequent split shipments, do not legitimize the Customer to the refusal of the delivery itself and to the request for compensation or compensation.
5. At the time of delivery of the products, the Customer shall check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document. that the packaging is intact, undamaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damage to the packaging and/ or the product or the mismatch of the number of packages or the indications, must be immediately detected, by affixing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
To facilitate delivery make sure that the shipping address is correct and that there are all the elements to identify the delivery address (name on the intercom, scale number or internal).
The couriers we use are: Bartolini, DHL or Poste Italiane.
In Italy BRT provides a single formula of 3-4 working days (average).
Abroad DHL provides a single formula of 5 working days (average).
